A Classic Book That You’ve Been Meaning to Read For Ever But Haven’t Yet…
Murder Must Advertise is one of Dorothy L. Sayers’s best books, and every time I decide to read it…I think, but you already have so many Lord Peter Wimsey books posted on your blog, so you should hold off until you’ve been blogging longer; you don’t want your readers to get bored…or maybe if you keep blogging, a few years from now you’ll wish you hadn’t written all those terrible Dorothy L. Sayers reviews when you didn’t know what you were doing. So…back on the shelf, it goes.
A Book On Your Shelf That You Haven’t Read Yet…
This book holds all of my book shame. Spring of 2022, I read the first chapter of Grey Mask on Apple iBooks for free, and I loved it so much that I put it on my Amazon birthday list. My sister-in-law bought it for my birthday in August of 2022, but I never read it. In 2023. I downloaded Grey Mask to my Kindle because it was free to read through Kindle Unlimited…and I still haven’t read it. Sigh, I don’t even know what to do with myself.

I haven’t finished reading Murder on B Deck, which is the first Walter Ghost Mystery, and I don’t know if I need to read them in order so I’ll wait to start Dead Man Inside.

A Book A Friend Recommended That You Haven’t Read Yet…
Every librarian friend has recommended this book, and I want to read it. So I go to the library….and then don’t borrow it. I don’t know. It’s been so hyped to me that I wonder if it can live up to its glowing reviews.
A Book Your Procrastinating On…
This book was gifted to me, and I am so grateful, but I am so disinterested in reading about Agatha Christie’s ‘disappearance”. which I feel might just be a depressed woman who wanted a few days to think over her crappy marriage. That’s probably not even what the book is about, but this book makes me sad. Three years past it’s publication- I feel like it’s moment is over. What could I possibly write in a review that hasn’t been discussed to death?
